  2. Who did I admire most during the Olympic opening ceremony? The Chinese dancers (dressed in white) who greeted 204 countries and never seemed to lose their enthusiasm. Great job!
  3. My most unfavorite Olympic outfit? I hate to say anything bad about the host country but China’s Olympic outfits made me hungry; I’ve always loved scrambled eggs and tomatoes. All kidding aside, their outfits just didn’t do it for me but their grand entrance was something to behold…
