This slit-eye versus round eye talk sounds like ‘much ado about nothing’. I have seen attractive Chinese people with both types of eyes.

Chinese in China are unaware of the ’slant eye’ gesture because no one does that in China. It’s the Asian minorities (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) in the western world who are upset by this because they are the ones subjected to such racial taunting.
