Those people from around the world who speak English are all have high degrees in English Language.
They also use English daily.
Many scholars in the Golden Islamic Era specially ( The Abbasid ) the time of Haroun Al Rashid, Al Mu’tasem ,those who were well known in Arbic Language, Islam Religion most of them are Non Arabic Speakers who add to Arabic civilization much more the Arabs them selves!!
I say that and I am Arabic guy. It’s true because all those scholars live in Baghdad and live with the Arabs, learn Islam as well as Arabic Language…
